We help you find roles in research, shadowing, and volunteering. We also share tips on how to apply — like writing CVs, cold emails, and doing outreach — and pair students with near-peer mentors so you feel supported and confident when applying.

Community Care

Through our Care Kits and First Aid Kits Project, we put together bags with snacks, hygiene items, and uplifting notes. These are delivered to hospitals, shelters, and refugee centers. By helping with outreach and deliveries, you also earn volunteer hours.

We share information, checklists, and templates — practical tools that guide you through finding opportunities, writing professional emails, and keeping your applications organized.

Chapters & Leadership

Our chapters run local projects like donations, workshops, and drives. By joining, you’ll not only make a difference in your community but also gain leadership experience.

Care Kit + First Aid Kit Project

Make and donate kits to hospitals, homeless shelters, and community centers. Add a hand-written note — it makes a huge difference.

1. Plan a goal (# of kits) and confirm accepted items.
2. Collect supplies — snacks, hygiene + comfort items, and motivational notes.
3. Assemble neatly in bags; decorate if you’d like!
4. Document with photos and item counts.
5. Deliver following each site’s rules.
6. Share & log your hours and reflections.

Research Internship Program

A seasonal, student-run internship exploring literature, data skills, and poster writing across specialties:
